34 weeks (round two)

How far along: 34 weeks

Total weight gain: not sure, as my doctors appt was cancelled because of the snow, and I refuse to step on a scale anywhere other than the office.  i probably lost a pound or two this week anyway.  riiiiight.

Maternity clothes: yes.

Stretch marks: no.

Sleep: here and there.

Best moment of this week:  snow day on thursday!

Miss anything: being able to bend over without feeling like i’m crushing this child.

Movement: i think it’s getting tight in there, because i’m feeling far less every week.

Food cravings:big breakfasts, mini dinners.

Anything making you queasy or sick: everything smells.  everything.

Have you started to show yet: a little thick around the middle. :

Labor signs: none

Belly button in or out: out

Wedding rings on or off: on

Happy or moody most of the time: fat.  is that an emotion?

Looking forward to: getting up every three hours to feed a baby.  oh wait, that’s not true.

Weekly Portrait of My Children 6/52

a weekly portrait of my children, every week, in 2017.

week six // scout: has mastered the art of manipulating her brother, loves to wrestle, and has started licking us when she gets excited (cool, right?).

week six // griffin: is scared of pretty much any villain in any disney movie, fully admits “big doo scared,” and threw his first legit tantrum this week.

33 weeks (round two)

Total weight gain: 20 lbs

Maternity clothes: blah, yes.

Best moment of this week: sleeping a full 7 hours one night, woohoo!

Miss anything: breathing mostly.

Movement: slowing down slightly.

Food cravings: i’m consuming reese’s pb cups at an alarming rate.

Anything making you queasy or sick: horrible heartburn every night around dinner time.  hello, tums.

Labor signs: zip.  braxton hicks have halted.

Belly button in or out: out and almost flat.  how the ?!?!?
